Ken Frayer, the co-founder of Stratanet, L.L.C., is an executive with more than 30 years experience and expertise in the financial services and insurance industry. This experience and expertise has been gleaned while working on both the business side and information technology side of the industries. His areas of expertise include business and systems operations, strategic planning, operational efficiency and excellence, management and budgeting responsibility, and direct management of large service center operations, as well as large, professional information technology departments.

Ken has been a vice president with both Prudential Insurance and Nationwide Insurance. He also has previous experience in managing his own technology consulting firm. In 2001, Ken was elected to the Premier 100 Information Technology Leaders as selected by Computerworld Magazine. This honor recognized Ken as one of the top 100 influential IT leaders in the United States for the year.

Ken obtained a degree in Manpower and Industrial Relations from The Ohio State University
