Thomas & Associates was founded in 2003 by Thomas E. Harris.

 

Thomas & Associates helps small and medium sized organizations in the areas of organizational development, business planning, employee development, and assessment of internal and external candidates.

 

Tom has over 30 years of business management experience with General Foods/Maxwell House, Bristol-Myers, and Thompson/Minwax, where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer. He also served as Senior Vice President, North American Sales for Sherwin-Williams. He has designed and conducted many training programs during his career and also specializes in organizational assessment and strategic planning.
