and Rejuvenation
The final connection in the planning process is
created at the end of the planning cycle. This is generally done annually.
Every
year each company should celebrate their successes, the achievement of their objectives, and
acknowledge their accomplishments. Too often in the drive to be better we do not
recognize or appreciate the good work that has already been done.
