Creating
Measurable Objectives
The last step in putting a plan together is to
write down what you want to achieve on paper. This is a vital step in the
process.
Writing
down your goals so each person in the company knows where to focus their
attention is critical to achieving what you want.
Each goal must be specific,
measurable, challenging, realistic, and with a stated completion date.
It
has often been stated that only 3 to 5 % of the companies operating today have
taken the time to write down their goals in clear measurable terms. If you
haven't taken the time to put them down on paper, there is a much greater
possibility that they won't be achieved at all.
Let
us show the 5 steps to making goals achievable.
